…The Hubs just returned from our nearby SuperTarget and he said he bought the last carton of eggs and there was no more chilled juice of any kind. This shit is getting real over here.
Happy New Year! I went to my last yoga class for the hear and the same thing kept on buzzing in my head:
1. I want to improve my posture
2. I want to improve my sleep hygiene
3. I want to complete a half marathon
While I have other goals, I feel like I can accomplish the others while focusing on these three. For example, if I want to improve my posture, I should avoid hunching over a computer or staring at my smartphone. Maybe I can take dance classes instead? Or just stand up and walk around more?
In order to get more sleep, I need to unplug myself more from technology, take care of our finances and health diligently (so it won’t worry me), and read books (to lull myself to sleep).
To complete a half marathon, I have to instill more discipline and just stick with a program. The training will help me stay fit, and will most likely make me tired, so I can sleep?
All of these are great benefits, and inter-related. It just makes so much sense to me and the life I want to have at the moment.
